Home sample collection: how it works, step by step
Home sample collection is especially helpful for elderly family members, young children, busy mornings and anyone who is unwell. Here’s how it works with us.
1. Send your request
Choose your tests on our website and tap Book, or call us. Share your preferred date, time and address.
2. Our team confirms
We confirm that home collection is available for your test and area, and share any preparation needed — such as fasting.
3. Sample collection at home
A trained phlebotomist visits at the agreed time and collects the sample. Keep your prescription and ID ready, and sit somewhere comfortable with good light.
4. Processing and report
The sample is taken to the lab for testing. The team will tell you when to expect your report and how it will be shared. Please discuss your results with your doctor.
Tip: if you need several tests, add them all to one request so a single visit covers everything.
